Submitting an enquiry or requesting a quote does not constitute a binding legal contract until a formal Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) is signed by authorized corporate signatories.
3. Pricing & Payment Frameworks
Prices, payment terms (including Letters of Credit DLC/SBLC and TT transfers), banking details, and cargo delivery arrangements (FOB, CFR, CIF) are negotiated and agreed separately for each individual transaction under UAE and international ICC Incoterms® rules.
4. Quality Assays & Inspection
Where applicable, independent third-party assay inspection (e.g. SGS, Alex Stewart International) documentation and certificates of origin will be issued at the loading port prior to cargo release.
5. Compliance & KYC/AML
All transactions are strictly subject to applicable international sanctions, KYC, and AML compliance verifications. Petros FZCO reserves the right to decline any transaction that fails to meet regulatory standards.
6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Dubai Silicon Oasis Free Zone Authority regulations.
